Shipping and delivery services

We currently ship to cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. We provide cash on delivery service to the city of Buraidah and some cities in Qassim, and outside of it, a transfer is required before the shipping process. Shipping within Buraidah and some cities in Qassim

Via a representative or delivery company from 24 to 48 hours:

  • Buraydah: 30 riyals
  • Unaizah: 40 riyals
  • 5 riyals will be added when choosing cash on delivery.

After submitting your order, a store representative will contact you on the number registered in the order to set a suitable delivery date and complete your address information.

Outside the cities of Qassim

SMSA Express:

3-5 working days

  • 35 riyals

Aramex:

  • 3-5 working days

  • 55 riyals

After shipping the order, you will be provided with the following information on the number or email address registered in the order:

  • Shipment number
  • Shipment tracking link
  • Instructions for tracking and receiving the shipment and the shipping company's toll-free number

If your order exceeds 999 SAR, shipping is free.
