Order replacement or return mechanism

  • Items will be returned after the customer receives the order if the customer is not satisfied with the product, after deducting 30% of the original product value.
  • The products will be replaced after the customer receives the order in case the customer does not want the product after deducting 20% ​​of the original product value, unless there is a manufacturing damage or an error in the order. To maintain the quality of the product, it can only be returned by going to one of our branches only.
  • If a product has a defect or manufacturing error, it will be replaced with another product after reporting it. Please note that the product will be inspected and photographed before being shipped to the customer.
  • The amount will be returned to the customer when the product is confirmed to be safe.
  • Returns are subject to the store's stated policies.

Cases in which the product cannot be returned:

  • When the product is used, damaged, not in the same condition as received, or when the product's security sticker is removed.
  • When the products are consumed or used.
  • Products that have been tampered with, have had their serial numbers removed, or have been returned without tags, labels, or original packaging, or are missing any accessories.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • The store may choose to accept, not accept or cancel orders in some cases, for example if the product you wish to purchase is out of stock, if the product is incorrectly priced or if the order verification procedures are found to be incomplete within your account. The store will refund what you paid for orders that are cancelled.
  • A pickup order cannot be cancelled once it arrives at the branch after the pickup period shown in the store.

How can I get a refund if I received an incorrect or damaged item?

  • If the product arrives damaged or not in the same condition as what was chosen from the store, you can submit a return request through the store's customer service.
  • After returning the product to us in its original condition and original packaging at the time of receipt, we will inspect it immediately. If it is found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately begin the process of refunding the value of the product to the account from which the payment was made.
